Why Chennai? (for a holiday I mean.. & in the sweltering heat of March.. I was asked more than once, with slight disbelief & a hint of ridicule.. To be honest, it was hardly just vacation.. but then again, mainly so! Regardless, the crux was – why?)

Mahabalipuram, of course, needed a separate section of it’s own.
It’s quite impressive, this coastal town with it relics & history.
